How It Works
Are You Ready to Take Control of Your Future?
If you’re here, it means you’re ready to take control of your future by getting clear on your goals and creating a plan to achieve them. Your vision isn’t just a dream—it’s something you can define, organize, and take action on.
We believe that writing down or typing up your goals in a structured way helps you stay focused and motivated. When your goals are clearly laid out, they become more than just ideas—they become steps toward your future.
What Is Your Digital Vision Board?
Your Digital Vision Board isn’t about cutting out magazine pictures or pasting images on a poster board. It’s about writing down your goals in a structured space where you can see them, track them, and stay accountable.
We’ve made it simple and accessible by using a platform everyone knows: Google Forms. There’s no need for fancy software or paid tools. You can access your goals anytime—on your phone, tablet, or computer—without the hassle of managing another app.
This is about clarity, focus, and action. Your goals, written down and organized, so you can see them, commit to them, and make them happen.
Google Forms
Filling out the Google Form is optional, but if you choose to participate, it's a great way to set goals, stay accountable, and feel supported by your neighbors. Plus, we can track everyone’s progress in real time—seeing who’s started, made progress, or achieved their goals.
If you're interested, fill out the form and join us for a fun in-person gathering soon to share our goals, celebrate, and connect. It’s all about building stronger relationships, supporting each other, and creating positive energy in our community. You may even find new inspiration for your 2025 goals!
How It Works:
- Share your goals
- Select your goal type
- Connect with others
- Focus on Progress and Accountability
Select Your Goal Type?
We ask you to select your "goal type" for each goal so the community can better understand where you are in your journey. This will help you stay focused and motivated, while also allowing the community to support you in the best way possible—if that's what you want. Alternatively, you can simply share your goals to hold yourself accountable, or just share them for others to see.
The more specific you are with your goals, the better the results. Avoid vague answers—get clear and detailed!
For example, if your goal is to walk daily, be specific: Walk 10,000 steps Monday–Sunday using an app to track progress. Walk in your neighborhood in the mornings or on a treadmill at the gym if the weather isn’t ideal.
The following will be your "goal type" options.
- Crystal Clear: You have a clear, specific goal in mind and know exactly what you want to achieve.
- In Flux: You’re still figuring things out or deciding on the best path forward.
Create Your Digital Vision Board by using the S.M.A.R.T technique.
